Early access should feel honest and grounded
Beta does not mean polished perfection. It means some parts of the work are still being tested, shaped, and clarified in public view.
Right now that also means some access is coordinated by hand. Discord is the place where the current install path, tester expectations, and support rhythm stay attached to the same live conversation.
The aim is not to oversell unfinished work. The aim is to invite the right people into the process without pretending everything is already final.
- Discord is the primary beta front door
- iPhone and iPad testers are routed from there when the current TestFlight lane is open
- Android install directions are shared there while the broader Play rollout is still being stabilized
- Bug reports, setup questions, and early feedback can stay attached to the live beta conversation

The Discord and beta lane should support conversation, interest, and feedback. It should not be confused with crisis care, guaranteed access, or a replacement for the ministry’s direct contact and prayer routes.
