A quick note about response time and privacy
We want communication to feel thoughtful, not rushed. Some requests will receive a faster reply than others, but every message should still be handled responsibly.
- We will never ask for passwords, bank details, or gift cards by email.
- If a request is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line.
- For giving questions, start with the Give page before emailing.

If something is urgent or crisis-related, please do not rely on this site alone. Move toward immediate local support where needed.
