One clear path for RuachDavid beta testers
Start here if you are joining the beta, installing the app, reporting a bug, asking for support, or trying to understand where Discord fits before the community opens wider.
The goal is a calm beta: clear next steps, honest expectations, and quick paths when something breaks.
Do these steps before you ask where to go
This page keeps the beta from scattering across Discord, email, app links, and support pages. If you are unsure, start here and move one step at a time.
1. Join the beta room
Discord is the current live coordination space for install directions, app status, tester questions, and community feedback.
2. Follow the current install path
iOS build 28 has been submitted for Apple Beta App Review. Android invited testers can use the verified direct APK lane while Google Play is still being finished.
3. Test with a purpose
Try reading, search, study tools, notes, Dave connection, and daily flows. Notice confusion as carefully as crashes.
4. Use private support when needed
Do not post private account, billing, or sensitive details in Discord. Send private app support to ruachdavidapp@danczministries.com.
Discord is the community room, not the whole support system
Use Discord for shared beta activity: install guidance, current app status, community conversation, lightweight bug routing, and feedback that helps other testers too.
Use email when the issue is private, tied to an account, related to payment or purchase concerns, or would expose information that should not be posted in a public channel.
- Install help: start in Discord.
- Private app support: email ruachdavidapp@danczministries.com.
- Prayer or ministry contact: use the prayer or contact page.
- Privacy or terms questions: read the published app policy pages first.
- Professional staff access: use the Professional Access hub, not Discord.

Privacy and terms
Read the privacy and terms pages before testing if you have questions about data, purchases, Dave, or beta boundaries.
Open PrivacyA good report saves three rounds of guessing
When something breaks, send enough detail that the team can reproduce the problem without turning you into a detective.
The useful bug report checklist
- Device type and operating system version
- App version or build number if visible
- What you tapped or tried to do
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Screenshot or screen recording if safe to share
- Whether Dave live connection was enabled or offline-only
Keep sensitive reports out of public channels.
If the report includes personal data, account details, purchase issues, or anything you would not want other testers to see, move it to direct support email.
Fast answers before the Discord work begins
These are the answers we want visible before more people are routed into the community.
Install
Where do I get the app?
iOS build 28 is waiting for Apple Beta App Review. Android invited testers use the current direct APK path while Google Play setup continues.
Discord
Is Discord required?
Discord is the best shared beta path right now. Private issues can still use email, and ministry needs should still use prayer or contact routes.
Offline
Does RuachDavid need internet?
Some study content is designed to work locally. Live Dave features require a configured connection and may behave differently during beta.
Support
Where do private problems go?
Private app support goes to ruachdavidapp@danczministries.com. Do not post sensitive details in Discord.
Boundaries
Is Dave pastoral, medical, or legal care?
No. RuachDavid and Dave are study and reflection tools. They do not replace Scripture, church leadership, pastoral care, emergency help, medical care, legal advice, or professional counseling.
Next
What happens after I join?
Read the channel guidance, follow current install instructions, test deliberately, and report rough edges clearly. The goal is honest signal, not hype.
Move from this page into the right lane
If you are testing the app, join Discord. If you need private help, email support. If you are here for ministry contact or prayer, use the public ministry paths.
